It’s a great chance to meet other parents and have fun working together. Volunteers are needed for coordination, setup, drink sales, decorations, and especially take-down / cleanup.

Club-Sponsored Tables and Activities: To reserve a table and activity, faculty sponsors should complete and return the Fall Festival Booth Participation Form by Thursday, September 17 to either the Fall Festival Booth Box next to the faculty mailboxes (upstairs) or to the “Completed Forms” slot in the Fall Festival Kiosk in the Bluestone lobby (downstairs). Please note: Clubs may opt to reserve the same activity they used last year or may request a new activity, which is made available on a first come, first served basis. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior class organizations have the right to reserve the activity that the classes ahead of them used last year. The Fall Festival Committee cannot guarantee that clubs will retain past activities if reservation forms are received after September 17!
Loans of generators, coolers, tents and pop-ups needed! The Fall Festival Committee is in need of several generators for this event. Any enclosures or sound baffling to minimize generator noise will also be a great help. Coolers are also needed; please contact Lynn Bivens (contact information below) if you can help.
