MLWGS Eco Club Attends SECSEE Conference

Four students from the MLWGS Eco-Club, SECSEE (Saving the Earth through Conservation, Sustainability, and Environmental Education) attended the Sustainability Conference at Longwood University on March 18-20.

The conference focused on the interplay of economic sustainability, environmental sustainability, and social /cultural sustainability.

“It is gratifying to witness our students interacting with college students, researchers, business owners, and community leaders all seeking to maximize positive outcomes for our world,” said SECSEE sponsor and MLWGS science teacher, Anna Shore.
