Important Information for the Class of 2011

On Wednesday, November 17, there will be a mandatory class meeting at lunch. The first item of business will be to collect height/weight data so that the appropriately sized cap and gown will be ordered for each senior. (You have already paid for the cap and gown in your class dues).

In addition, the graduation announcement design chosen by the class officers will be presented to the class, and packets containing ordering information for announcements and other memorabilia will be distributed. Mrs. Reed (graduation coordinator) and a representative of Herff-Jones will be there to answer questions.

Orders for announcements and other items may be placed on Tuesday, November 30, and Wednesday, December 1, in the Cafeteria/Commons. Checks must be made payable to Herff-Jones.
