With this year’s fall festival less than two weeks away (Friday, Oct. 5, 4 - 8:00pm, rain date Oct. 12), parent hands are needed more than ever for the essential tasks that occur before and after the big event. The good news? Those helping with set-up or take-down have four full hours of time to enjoy the festival’s many booths, amazing food offerings, and ongoing entertainment!
Proceeds from the annual MLWGS Fall Festival go directly to the student groups and organizations that have reserved booths and tables, enabling those groups to fund their activities throughout the year.

* Set-up, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
* Crowd control, 3:30-8:30 p.m. (multiple shifts)
* Take-down, 8 p.m.-conclusion
* Money counting, 7:30 p.m.-conclusion
