Foundation Supports Students

The Annual Fund Campaign supports educational club opportunities like this past weekend's Walker’s Young Republicans Club attendance at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) annual conference attended by officials from across the United States. This year's event in National Harbor, Maryland was hosted by the American Conservative Union. Roughly 50% of this year’s attendees were students.

YRC students were on hand to hear keynote speaker Sarah Palin, but other highlights include panel discussions on a wide range of topics including the Ukraine, personal safety, changing demographics, healthcare and much, much more.

So far this year, the Annual Fund Campaign has raised $287,238 for the school. Overall current parent participation is 58%, and here is the parent participation by class:

• Seniors: 65%
• Juniors: 57%
• Sophomores: 56%
• Freshmen: 57%
